Dark, small and cramped describes the original kitchen in this
1970’s ranch style house. The owners didn’t have many
requirements, except to make it “light”. Linda knew
just what to do: the walls came down and the ceiling went up. It
is now an airy, light- filled open plan kitchen., where everyone
gathers.
- Removing walls creating , more work areas

- Built in cabinetry in living room extends the
same feelLinda statement:
"I often use frosted or diffused glass
doors on my cabinetry, as I feel that it is less obtrusive.
Particularly
in
smaller rooms,
you achieve a more open look, a more spacious
look. Since you can’t see thru it
distinctly, you don’t have
to keep it so perfect."
