"Linda did an A+ job on a C+ budget and handled every aspect of building my new kitchen so that I could tend to enjoying my time on the beach without any of the aggravation one might expect in doing extensive renovations"

- A.W., Amagansett, NY
  Coastal Contemporary

With a palette of sun bleached colors, Linda updated this 30 year old house. She used the original footprint and restructured the kitchen, providing all the amenities of today. The accent of red countertop in the bar area provides a transition to the deeper colors used in dining room.

  • Low maintenance materials throughout
  • Simple bleached blond wood cabinetry and pulls
  • Bumped out windows behind sink, add depth
  • Two level island , with floating granite dining bar
  • Porcelain easy care tile floor, with limestone look
  • Red lava stone counter with wine refrigerator
  • Double sided bar with glass shelves above

"An open kitchen really must work with the adjacent areas. Once you take down a wall, it is important to consider all the colors and materials being used. For this double sided bar, I selected the red countertop with glass shelves above, to work with the existing dining room as well as the new kitchen."
